Access Requirements

To run the download you’ll need a Salesforce user, password and security token for the instance you want to download. The user will need API access to all objects you want to include in the download.

Sandbox instances are not currently supported. However you can try downloading from a sandbox by modifying the API login end point in the application config file.

You will also need a windows account with database owner level access to the target SQL server database to download to. The download commands must be run under this user account. Only windows user access with trusted connection is supported.
